Tonight's session we focused on taking contact on our terms. We concentrated on the following.

on calling deck, fighting body shape is imperative to get long present, promoting narrow gate & good ball for 9.

Quick reload is essential. Bounce back into line.

9 communication to work cog , responsibility on cog of carriers to communicate with 9.

Really good attitude tonight impressed with us just not accepting contacting & flopping to deck. Good comms from support encouraging ball carrier to fight the contact with leg drive.
Good identification of when no ground is being made to call deck.
